Return & Refund Policy
In Redokcart we have very easy return policy for our customers, here you need to just write us a mail on email@example.com for return request. Our team will be reply or send return process details in same mail within 24 hours (Working hours). In our website, we offer our customers 3 days (from delivered date) valid return his / her product, under the following cases:
If you get a defective product its means any Software / Functional issue on your phone or other device. In that cases don’t worry we have a solution of your problem. Here you just need to report us within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images / video of the product & product box through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before shipping your product our package team keep in mind that you will get what you order for. Still you get a wrong product / wrong model in that case we will return your product. No refund issued to the customer only exchange option available.
Product Not Working
If your product not working completely in that case your complaint accepted when we receive within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images / video of the product & product box through email at email@example.com.
Sometime it happens you might be getting physically / damaged product due to careless job of third party courier service. Here you can submit you return request with us on firstname.lastname@example.org with valid images / video of the damaged product & box.
For Return & Exchange, we have the following two options for reverse pick up service.
- Pick up: In most locations or pin code, we offer a free reverse pick up service.
- Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location or pin code. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of bank transfer provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
We will refund your amount in your account, within a day once it has been initiated at the doorstep. For refunds, you just to write a mail at email@example.com with the subject of your order id.
