We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
For Return & Exchange, we have the following two options for reverse pick up service.
A. Pick up: In most locations or pin code, we offer a free reverse pick up service.
B. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location or pin code. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of bank transfer or my wallet (Redokcart My Account) provided the product meets the return policy and you have a shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
A. Precious Jewellery, Cosmetics, Deodorants, Perfumes, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.
B. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
C. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
D. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
E. Redokcart will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Redokcart would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
F. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
G. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy, and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
H. In case Refurisbed Phones, if the customer did not like the delivered phone in that we can exchange only. The short payment or additional payment for the exchange phone will payed by the customer. For surplus amount, we will refund the customer.
Cancellation Process :
We recognize your decision that why we prepared us policy earlier & faster for cancellation & refund. Here you just need to do for generating order cancel request please write an mail at info@Redokcart.com or you can cancel your order via my account orders sections itself.
Keep in mind – Cancel before within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing the order. We will initiate a 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.
Well, In Redokcart.com you can cancel your order before the product is dispatched from the warehouse. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled when the product is already delivered to the customer. In this case, if you still wish to cancel the order, then the mentioned return the process will be followed or if the product is already dispatched but not yet delivered, and then we will provide you the assistance by taking follow-ups with our logistics partners.
If any product ready to ship, now you changed your mind please let us know via mail or call we will cancel your order, In this case, refund, Redokcart will deduct 10% of the final order value due to Cancellation Fees which includes management & handling charges.
We will refund your product amount in your bank account through NEFT / IMPS ( Note - Shipping & COD charges are not refundable), within a day once it has been initiated at our warehouse/seller hub. For refunds, you just to write an mail at info@Redokcart.com with the subject of your order id.

- Bank IFSC Code
- Account Holder Name
Your refund may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account depending upon your bank.
Once the amount initiated in a customer given bank account, we will be not responsible if the amount not credited in the given bank, the customer will ask with his bank about the banking transaction, however, we will share the tractional id about a refund.

2. Courier partners: we have tied up with all the well-known courier partners like Bluedart, Expressbees, FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, E-com Express, Delivery, etc
3. Shipping price delivery time: Our targeted delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days. In Metro cities, the targeted delivery time is 3 days.
Track: Customers can easily track and co-ordinate their packages. Also, all the orders tracking details are being shared on the registered mail ID at the time of the successful order placed.
